COPYRIGHTS

CARACARA declares that it holds the photographer's copyrights to the images made available. In so far as the photographer's copyright is held by the photographer or a third party, CARACARA has been appropriately authorised by the titleholder.

PRICES

All deliveries of visual material by CARACARA are subject to the rates quoted in our pricelist, unless agreed otherwise. All quoted prices are net and exclusive of VAT.

SOURCE INDICATION

The recipient/user of the visual material provided is obliged to state the name of CARACARA and the photographer (CARACARA/photographer) alongside the published photo, or otherwise to include a reference to this photo in the colophon. If this condition is not met, the amount due for the photo in question will be raised by 100%, in accordance with the General Conditions of the Netherlands Federation of Photographers.

GENERAL CONDITIONS / APPLICABLE LAW

All legal relationships with CARACARA are subject to the General Conditions of the Netherlands Federation of Photographers, as filed with the District Court of Amsterdam under number 78/2005, a copy of which will be made available to you, free of charge, on request. Any applicability of the general conditions of the other party is hereby explicitly excluded.

All agreements with CARACARA are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
